"I wish I had looked further when the sales person told me the cushions stayed in place with velcro. This limits the wear on the cushions since you can not turn them over to even out the wear. Also since the back of the cusions are not leather like the front it limits placement of the sofa, since you can see that the backs are not finished."

"I love the couch, love the style, love the durability.. I only have one complaint. The showroom at Haverty's is VERY bright so be forewarned that it will not look the same if your room is not well lit. When I first received the couch I thought it was the wrong color, but it's just the difference in lighting. I know this sounds silly, but I never would have noticed they use alot of bright lighting in their showroom."

"Although this couch is beautiful, the dye is not all the way through the leather and if even the tiniest nick occurs in the leather it shows as a white spot. I would have assumed that for the price the leather was dyed all the way through not just on top. Not sure how long this couch is going to last which is very disappointing. Usage is everyday but we are not hard on our furniture."

"We bought the sofa and the loveseat. They look really good but don't know how well they will hold up over time. The back cushions are soft, so not much lumbar support. We had never bought leather before, so we're still in the adjustment stage. Too soon to comment on durability."

"I have always wanted a leather sofa. When I saw the Radford online, I knew I had to have it. So, I found the closest Haverty's and went to check it out as I would NEVER spend this much money without checking the merchandise out. I was disappointed to discover that when I arrived at Haverty's, they did not have the sofa, only the chair and the Radford Sectional. I took a gamble though and decided to go ahead with my purchase. I have to say, I am pleased with my purchase of the sofa. It certainly is long enough to lay on for naps or watching TV, etc. The cushions are finally loosening up somewhat after a month, so overall, I am pleased with my purchase."

"Sofa quality and comfort were excellent, but leather color was significantly different on sofa delivered vs. show room model. Leather was not antiqued on delivered item, giving it a much deeper, redish tone than the more caramel antiqued sofa on display. Unfortunately, the deeper color did not match our color scheme. Haverty's is replacing with new sofa. Hopefully color is correct this time."

"I absolutely love the Radford sofa and loveseat!! It is a beautiful leather set and my husband and I have received compliments from everyone who has visited since purchasing.
